If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 14 days of ordering and we’ll exchange or refund it. All items must be unopened as we cannot refund used items. You can view our returns policy here.

If your items have arrived in a damaged condition please email us at info@jazvape.com with a photograph of the damage.

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
